On the occasion of 37th Rastriya Sikshya Divas (National Education Day) 2016 and the International Literacy Day 2016, the Right Honorable President Mrs Bidya Devi Bhandari awarded Nepal Bidya Bhusan Padak with certificates to Nepalese students earning degrees from domestic and foreign academic institutions amid a special function organized at the Presidential Palace, Sheetal Niwas, today the 8th of September 2016.
