This division carries out the activities related with constitutional and legal matters of the Office of the President. This division also carries out the following tasks.

- Matters related with certifications of Bills and Ordinances
- Preparation of written response and defense registration
- Work related with the appointments and oaths of members of constitutional bodies, and preparation of annual reports
- Formulation and amendment of acts
- Implementation and Administration of Justice
- Work related with general amnesty and awards
- International laws and treaties, and similar other subjects
