This division is responsible for carrying out the following tasks:
- Work related with the foreign relations of the Rt. Honorable President.
- Organizing Credentials ceremony for foreign ambassadors accredited to Nepal.
- Making necessary arrangements for the requested Courtesy call by foreign ambassadors and foreign delegations to the Rt.Hon. President.
- Preparing draft of messages/correspondence to be issued by the Rt. Hon’ble President at the national and international level.
- Welcoming foreign diplomats/ delegations and work related with hospitability to foreign delegation.
- Making necessary arrangement regarding the foreign visit of the Rt. Hon’ble President.
- To manage the foreign visit of the Honorable President.
- Work related with appointment of Nepali ambassadors and organizing their oath ceremony.
