Information, Coordination and Communication Division

This division is responsible for carrying out the activities related with information, communication and coordination.

  • Preparing draft of messages to be delivered by/on behalf of the Rt. Hon’ble President
  • Coordinating for various programs and required resources
  • Updating the website of the Office of the President
  • Issuing Press release about the Presidential Action
  • Managing information and communication of the programs and events to be organized in the office
  • Coordinating with Media
  • Managing the Library and archives
  • Making arrangements for the official photographs and videos of the meeting of Rt. Honorable President with other dignitaries including the official photographs of the events organized at the Office of the President.
  • Publishing the updated details of “Right to Information” every three months
  • Publishing the Bulletin
