Right Honourable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Mr. Ram Kaji Khadka, Residential Ambassador of Nepal to the Federal Republic of Germany, as the Non-Residential Ambassador to the Holy See and the Republic of Serbia as per Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal on April 30, 2021.
