Right Honourable President Pardons Remaining Prison Sentence of 401 Prisoners
Right Honourable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari has granted clemency for the remaining prison sentences of 401 prisoners, including Mr. Birkhahang Limbu, effective from the 18th of February 2021 upon the recommendation of the Government of Nepal and according to Article 276 of the Constitution of Nepal, the Criminal Offences (Sentencing and Execution) Act, 2017 and Section 12 of the Senior Citizens Act,2006,.
