Right Honourable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari has pardoned 15 individuals, including Mr. Salindra Yadav alias Surendra, of their prison sentences, penalties, and other punishments issued by different courts on different dates as per the recommendation of the Government of Nepal and according to the Article 276 of the Constitution of Nepal and the Section 159 of the Criminal (Code) Act, 2017.
