On the occasion of Ubhauli Parva, a great and holy festival of Kiratis, I would like to express my heartfelt auspicious good wishes to all Nepalese Kirati brothers and sisters residing home and abroadfor happiness, peace, good health, and prosperity.
I believe that in our country of exceptional unity amid the great religious, cultural, linguistic, and ethnic diversity, the Ubhauli Parva of Kiratis, one of the major communities with its distinctive culture, shall contribute to foster goodwill, tolerance, and the ambience of social unity, peace, and cooperation among all Nepalese.
In our present move toward the durable peace with the aspirations of economic and social transformation, I wish that may this great festival amid the federal democratic constitutional system inspire all Nepalese communities for national unity, tolerance, and goodwill to create a prosperous and developed society.
