According to the article 294 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, the Honorable Chairperson of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC)Mr Anup Raj Sharma submitted the Annual Report of NHRC 2015/2016to the Right Honorable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari amid a special ceremony at the Presidential Palace, Sheetal Niwas, on Friday the 13th of January 2017.
