Right Honourable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Dr. Yuba Raj Khatiwada, the Residential Ambassador of Nepal to the United States of America, also as Non-Residential Ambassador to Mexico according to the Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
