With effect from 13 July 2021, Attorney General of Nepal Mr. Ramesh Badal has tendered the resignation from his post to Right Honourable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari Through the Right Honourable Prime Minister according to the Article 157 (4) (A) of the Constitution of Nepal.
