According to the article 53 of the Constitution of Nepal, the Right Honorable Prime Minister submitted the Annual Report on the Guiding Principles, Policies, and Liability of State of the fiscal year 2016/2017 to the Right Honorable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari amid a ceremony organized at the Presidential Palace, Sheetal Niwas, on Tuesday the 9th of May 2017.
