On Sunday the 23rd of April 2017, and in line with the article 113 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal, the Right Honorable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari certified the following bills passed by the Legislature-Parliament and submitted to the Office of the President for approval.
