In line with the article 282(1) of the Constitution of Nepal and upon the recommendation of the cabinet, the Right Honorable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari appointed Mr. Ramesh Koirala, a resident of KMC-10, Kathmandu, the Nepalese Ambassador to Qatar and Mr. Niranjan Kumar Thapa, a resident of KMC-12, Kathmandu, the Nepalese Ambassador to Israel on Sunday the16th of April 2017.
