Right Honorable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed senior advocate Mr. Ram Prasad Bhandari (certificate number 100), a resident of Khaniyapani-9, Ramechhap, as a member to the Judicial Council on the recommendation of the Right Honorable Prime Minister as per the Article 153 (1) (d) of the Constitution of Nepal.
