The Right Honorable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari graced a farewell meeting with His Excellency Mr Wu Chuntai, the Ambassador of People’s Republic of China to Nepal, at the Presidential Palace, Sheetal Niwas, on the 2nd ofOctober 2016. During the meeting, a number of subject matters featured into discussion including the close cultural, economic, andbusiness relations between Nepal and People’s Republic of China. During the meeting, the Right Honorable President thanked the government and the people of China for their assistance of rescue, search, and reconstruction to Nepal after the devastating earthquake last year and complimented His Excellency the Ambassador’s commendable role during his tenure in Nepal.
