Rt. Honorable President Appoints Mr. Rishiram Ghimire the Nepalese Ambassador to the Russian Federation

In line with the sub-article (1) of article 282 of the Constitution of Nepal and upon the recommendation of the cabinet, the Right Honorable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari today the 30th of September 2016 appointed Mr. Rishiram Ghimire, an inhabitant of Dhurkot Maula VDC, Ward No. 6, Gulmi, the Nepalese Ambassador to the Russian Federation.
