In line with the article 113 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal, the Right Honorable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari on Thursday the 22nd of December 2016 certified the Bill mentioned in the table below. The Bill was passed by the Legislature-Parliament on the 20th of November 2016and was submitted to the Office of the President for certification.
