The visiting delegation under the leadership of Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF), Major General Ahmed Shiyam, paid a courtesy call on the Right Honorable President Mrs Bidya Devi Bhandari at the Presidential Palace, Sheetal Niwas, on 18th of October 2016. During the meeting, the subject matters such as the need of strengthening the ongoing bilateral cordial relations between Maldives and Nepal and enhancing the cooperation and relation between Nepali Army and Maldives National Defence Force featured in the discussion. On the occasion, the officers of MNDF and the high placed officials of the Office of the President were also present.
