With effect from 19 March 2021, Attorney General Mr. Agni Prasad Kharel has tendered resignation from his post as the Attorney General of Nepal to Right Honourable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari through the Right Honourable Prime Minister according to Article 157 (4) (A) of the Constitution of Nepal. The Right Honourable President has thanked Mr. Kharel for his service while in the office.
