On the occasion of 38th Rastriya Sikshya Divas (National Education Day) 2017 and the International Literacy Day 2017, the Right Honorable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari awardedNepal Bidya Bhusan Padakand Nepal Chhatra Vidya Padakand certificates to a total 351 students earning degrees from domestic and foreign academic institutionsamid a special function organized at the Presidential Palace, Sheetal Niwas,on Friday the8thof September 2017.215 students secured the grade A, 82 students obtained the grade B, and 28 students acquired the grade C of Bidya Bhusan Padak. Likewise, in the Bachelor’s Degree category 23 students and in Certificate Level category 3 students were endowed with Nepal Chhatra Vidya Padak with certificates.
