Right Honourable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Mr. Tapas Adhikari, the Residential Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, as the Non-Residential Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Iran according to Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal on April 9, 2021.
