Right Honourable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Dr. Yubraj Khatiwada, the Residential Ambassador of Nepal to the United States of America, as the Non-Residential Ambassador of Nepal to the Republic of Costa Rica according to Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal on 21 June 2021.
