On Friday the 10thof November 2017, in line with the article 114 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, the Right Honorable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari promulgated the following ordinancerecommended by the meeting of the Council of Ministers on 23rd October 2017 and was submitted to the Office of the President for approval.
