In line with the article 113 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal, the Right Honorable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari certified the Company (First Amendment) Bill 2017,onTuesday the 2ndof May 2017, passed by the Legislature-Parliament and submitted to the Office of the President for approval.
