Pursuant to the article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal and upon the recommendation of the cabinet, the Right Honorable President Mrs Bidya Devi Bhandari appointed the incumbent Nepalese Ambassador to Federal Republic of Germany Mr Ramesh Prasad Khanal as the Non-Residential Nepalese Ambassador to Holy See today the 2nd of December 2016.
