Right Honourable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Dr. Nirmal Kumar Bishwokarma as the Nepali Residential Ambassador to the Republic of South Africa on the recommendation of the Government of Nepal according to Article 282 of the Constitution of Nepal on 23 February 2021.
