In line with the article 113 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal, the Right Honorable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari certified the Bill Concerning Political Parties 2017 on Sunday the 9thof April 2017.The Bill was ratified by the sitting of the Legislature-Parliament on 22 March 2017 and submitted to Her Excellency’s Office for approval.
