Pursuant to the sub-article (1) of article 282 of the Constitution of Nepal and upon the recommendation of the cabinet, the Right Honorable President Mrs Bidya Devi Bhandari appointed Mr Deep Kumar Upadhyay, an inhabitant of Tripureshwor, Kathmandu, the Nepalese Ambassador to the Republic of India with the diplomatic capacity of a minister and Mr Leelamani Paudyal, an inhabitant of Baletaksaar, Gulmi, the Nepalese Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China today the 29th of October 2016.
