In line with the article 245 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal and upon the recommendation of the Constitutional Council, the Right Honorable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari appointed the following individuals to the post of Commissioner of the Election Commission on Thursday the 16th of February 2017.
