The Election Commission Submits the By-Election Report to the Right Honourable President
The Election Commission has submitted the National Assembly Member By-Election Results Report (Lumbini Province) to the Right Honourable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari in pursuant with the Clause 60 of the National Assembly Member Election Act 2018. The by election was held according to the Clause 3(2) of the National Assembly Member Election Act 2018 for the post laid vacant according to the Article 86 (2) (A) of the Constitution of Nepal and Clause 3 (1) (D) of the National Assembly Member Election Act 2018.
