The Right Honorable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandariadorned Indian COAS General Bipin Rawat with the Honorary General of Nepalese Army amid a special program organized at the Presidential Palace, Sheetal Niwas, on Wednesday the 29th of March 2017. On the occasion, the Honorable Defense Minister, the Chief Secretary of Government of Nepal, the Chief of Army Staff, the Indian Ambassador to Nepal, the former Chiefs of Army Staff, the Generals of Nepalese Army, the Major Generals, the Officials of Indian Army including the high-placed officials of the Government of Nepal were also present.
