An advisor at the Amiri Diwan (Royal Palace of Qatar)and a candidate to the post of Director General of UNESCO Dr. Hamad Bin Abdulaziz Al-Kawari called on the Right Honorable President Mrs. Bidya Devi Bhandari at the Presidential Palace, Sheetal Niwas, on Tuesday the 21st of February 2017. On the occasion, the Qatari Ambassador to Nepal was also present.
