Commander of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, paid a courtesy call on to the Rt. Honorable President

Delegation led by Admiral John C. Aquilino, Commander of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, paid a courtesy call on to the Rt. Honorable President Mr. Ramachandra Paudel, at the Office of the President today. On the occasion, Rt. Honorable President expressed his happiness over the strong bilateral relations existing between Nepal and the United States. He also stated that Nepal firmly believes in peace and harmony and has been consistently contributing as one of the largest contributor in the UN peace keeping operations since 1958 A.D.

Rt. Hon’ble President Mr. Ramchandra Paudel received a courtesy call from H.E. Ms. Felicity Jane Volk, Ambassdor of Australia to Nepal, at his office today. On the occasion, the bilateral relations and the areas of common interests and co-operation between Nepal and Australia were discussed. Appreciating Australia’s prosperous economy and its significant role in global forums, Rt.  Hon. President expressed his hope that Australia, as one of the prosperous countries of South East Asia and the Pacific region, will continue its support in the social and economic development of a landlocked and least developed countries like Nepal.

Rt. Hon’ble President Mr. Ramachandra Paudel received a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. KIKUTA Yutaka, Ambassador of Japan to Nepal, at his office today. On this occasion, Rt. Hon. President expressed his happiness over the excellent bilateral relations existing between Nepal and Japan.
