The Rt. Hon. President Mr. Ramchandra Paudel conferred the Honorary Rank of General of the Nepali Army to the General Dhiraj Seth, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, Chief of the Army Staff, Indian Army amidst a special ceremony held at the Office of the President.
Rt. Honorable Mr. Ramsahay Prasad Yadav, Vice President, Hon. Mr. Shisir Khanal, Minister for Foreign Affairs, high-ranking officials of the Government of Nepal and the Nepali Army as well as the Ambassador of India to Nepal were present at the ceremony, among others.
Following the Ceremony, General Dhiraj Seth paid a courtesy call on the Rt.Hon. President.
